1/2 cup of Berries
1.5 Handfuls of Spinach (or other leafy greens)
1 cup Coconut Milk or Water

You will need:
1/10 teaspoon (a small pinch!) cayenne pepper (10-14 oz) pure water 2 tablespoons fresh (and organic, if possible) lemon or lime juice (absolutely no canned or frozen juice). 2 tablespoons real (and organic, if possible) grade B or C maple syrup. (Don’t use Grade A maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup. They are over-refined, which means that they are mostly refined sugars and lack essential minerals.) A small pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste). Spring or purified water, between room temperature and medium hot (but not cold) – fill to 1/4 liter (8 oz). Mix all the ingredients by thoroughly stirring or shaking, and drink. Or, in two 1 liter bottles: Juice of 3 lemons, divided equally between the two bottles (about 3 oz per bottle) An equal quantity of grade B or C maple syrup in each bottle (about 3 oz per bottle) A pinch of cayenne in each bottle Spring or purified water (fill bottles to the top) Mix all the ingredients by thoroughly shaking; then drink throughout the day. Use fresh lemons or limes only, never canned or frozen lemon juice. Use organic and vine ripened when possible. Also, mix your lemonade fresh just before drinking.

Grade B (the darker the better)*
Drink the lemonade mix every 1 to 2 hours. Take no other food, but do be sure to drink plenty of purified water in addition to the lemonade drink. Drink as much of this lemonade as you want, but make sure that you drink at least twelve 1/4 liter (8 oz) glasses. The lemonade contains all the vitamins and minerals you need. This can be combined with supplements for colon cleansing. You don't have to start your fast on the morning of the first day. You can begin later in the day, even if you've already eaten. Once you begin, however, eat nothing more while you're on the fast.
How to take Apple Cider Vinegar:
The process takes a couple of minutes and results take from three days to one week. Put two to three tablespoons of ACV into a glass and dilute with water. You can add as much or as little water you prefer. It is recommended diluting with water so the acids in the vinegar do not hurt your teeth. Adding honey to the vinegar can bring more results. Honey helps digestion and also contains vitamins and enzymes. Although honey adds to the healing, it is not necessary because ACV has its own healing properties.

Celery is rich in sodium. “So?” you say, “I eat table salt. Doesn’t that count?” Actually, no! Table salt is composed of insoluble inorganic elements which lead to the development of varicose veins, hardening of the arteries and other aliments. Sea Salt is a better product, but the sale and types of sea salt can be misleading.
If the sea salt is pure white, it has been processed and all the other life giving minerals have been removed from it. Usable sea salt should be a light gray or pink. I like Celtic Sea Salt.
Salt is necessary in the generation and functions of digestive fluids in the system. Without salt, good digestion is difficult, but the body actually needs SOLUBLE salt--which includes sodium. That's where the celery comes in. Table salt is not entirely soluble and it is not in ORGANIC, (live) usable form. The sodium in celery is. Organic forms of salts allow all the other nutrients and supplements we take in to be utilized in the body. Every cell in our body is also constantly bathed in a salt solution (called saline). If this salt level is not kept in balance, dehydration sets in, and most people do not drink enough water as it is.
Celery juice helps to regulate body temperatures, helps with bronchial and lung disease and elimination of carbon dioxide from the system. It also helps with nervous afflictions, and is a great juice for rebuilding blood cells because it is high in magnesium and iron.
Mixed with carrot juice, it furnishes a balance of sulphur, iron, calcium, magnesium and sodium that will help a whole host of diseases. Use one part celery juice to two parts or more of carrot juice. I think you’ll like the taste.
