Fat, 3 Condiments<br><br>\n<b>INGREDIENTS:<\/b> <br><br>\n36 oz (2 \u00bc lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, raw<br><br>\n1\/2 cup sliced jalapenos (remove the seeds if you don\u2019t like it too spicy) <br><br>\n8.5 oz reduced fat cream cheese<br><br>\n1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil<br><br>\n4 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar<br><br>\n2 oz reduced fat shredded mozzarella<br><br>\n\u00bc cup Frank&#8217;s Red Hot sauce<br><br>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br><br>\n\u00bd tsp ground pepper<br><br>\n\u00bc cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (optional) <br><br>\n<b>DIRECTIONS: <\/b> <br><br>\nPre-heat oven to 400\u00b0.<br><br>\nSeason chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then lay on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet wrapped in foil. Bake chicken breasts for 40 minutes at 400F. <br><br>\nOnce your timer hits 20 minutes, start on the filling. Add olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Once oil is heated, add jalapenos into the pan. <br><br>\nOnce jalapenos are soft and cooked, add cream cheese, and frank&#8217;s red hot to the pan. Mix together until creamy and combined. <br><br>\nRemove chicken from the oven and let cool slightly. Lay chicken into a casserole dish, then spread cream cheese mixture over it, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. <br><br>\nBake for 10-15 minutes at 400F. Broil for 3-5 minutes to finish. <br><br>\nOptional: Top with extra jalapenos before you broil.
